Noise from the trams and street traffic was noticeable during the night and early morning—definitely not ideal for a deep sleep if your window faces the street. Navigating to the kitchen through the buffet area was confusing and I even faced an accusation about taking coffee I made myself, which didn’t sit well. If you stay in a room with street-facing windows, be prepared for a lack of restful sleep with the open window.

The family room was nice with a comfortable setup. Accessible by lift, it had body soap, flat-screen TV, towels, and a private bathroom. The upper floors offer a good view. Nice shared spaces too with lockers and a relaxing atmosphere. Great to unwind in the lobby after a busy day out.
